Social Justice

The Social Justice Task Force (formerly D.E.I.) is a group within the congregation that meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month to have fruitful discussion regarding ways to become more welcoming and form an inclusive environment. We meet at 6:00 PM in the meeting room, just off the Entryway.

Currently, we are talking about recognizing different cultures each month, what Reconciling in Christ means, and how we can break the age gap barrier in our congregation. If you are curious to hear what our discussions are like, want to give some input, or just want to be a fly on the wall, you are more than welcome to join! Please contact Melina at youthfamministry@gslutheran.org for more information or questions.
