Children are wonderful gifts from God placed in the care of families and the church. At Good Shepherd Lutheran Church we take this responsibility very seriously. The members and staff of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church are committed to providing quality programming for children and youth as well as a protected and safe environment for them and for those working with them.

The Shepherd’s Choir is for children in grades K-3rd Grade and meets during the school year on Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.

Youth

FX3 (which stands for Faith, Fun and Friends) is for 4th – 5th graders. During the school year we meet about every other Sunday afternoon (beginning with a pizza lunch at 12:15) for Christian education, spiritual development and service to others that is fun and engaging and helps those in these “ ’tween” years to get to know each other better!

Break Through (Middle School Youth, Grades 6-8) meets once a month.  We spend our time doing fun activities around the community as well as offering ourselves in service to others.

Saints and Sinners (Senior High Youth, Grades 9-12) meets on Thursday evenings for dinner at 6:30 followed by a nightly activity.  Plan on attending regularly as we have a year filled with fun fellowship activities, service projects and group conversation about faith and acripture.  All senior high youth are welcome, as are friends!
